Role Overview:

The Senior Manager – VET Export & Marketing will lead Azista's global veterinary export business, driving market expansion, distributor partnerships, and product positioning across international markets. The role requires a balance of commercial acumen, regulatory understanding, and marketing leadership to achieve sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute export business strategy for veterinary formulations, feed supplements, and animal health products.
  • Identify and develop new markets across Africa, Asia, LATAM, and MENA regions.
  • Build and manage distributor networks; handle business negotiations and annual targets.
  • Lead annual export planning including sales budgets, pricing, and product selection.
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for product registration and dossier management.
  • Review export documentation, LC handling, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor market performance, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Represent Azista at global trade fairs, veterinary expos, and distributor conferences.
  • Lead and mentor the export and marketing team to deliver regional business objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Annual revenue achievement vs. target (%).
  • Number of new markets and distributors onboarded.
  • Product registration success rate by country.
  • Contribution margin and pricing optimization.
  • Distributor satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Export order fulfilment accuracy and on-time dispatch %.
