  • Handle sample shipment dispatches for both units.

  • Ensure timely coordination and accurate documentation.

  • Freight Invoice & Data Management

  • Process and verify freight invoices for Unit-1 export shipments.

  • Maintain freight invoice tracking and records in Excel and SAP.

  • Ensure accuracy and timely updates of delivery dates in SAP.

  • Documentation & Compliance

  • Submit COO (Certificate of Origin) applications through the portal.

  • Courier original documents to customers upon request.

  • Submit original documents to the Accounts Department for Bank-to-Bank processes.

  • Reporting & Communication

  • Share daily shipment tracking details with the respective sales team.

  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

  • Export Shipment Management (Unit-1)

  • Track all export shipments for Unit-1.

  • Coordinate vehicle movements for export shipments.
  • Follow up with CHA (Customs House Agent) for flight schedules.

Skills

  • Experience in export logistics, documentation, and freight management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CHA coordination, export documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
