**Role Overview**:
As an International Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our Export sales, cold calling and handling customer enquiries, also keeping efforts by identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and expanding the reach of our FMCG products in international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape, and the ability to work across diverse cultures and business environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across international markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by establishing and maintaining relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure long-term business success and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer preferences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and product delivery.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
- Travel internationally as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and build brand presence.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector, with a focus on international markets.
- Strong understanding of international sales processes, trade regulations, and distribution networks.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, Hindi is required; additional language skills are a plus (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin, or any Indian Languates).
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
