Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, building client connections, and supporting business growth. This role is ideal for someone with prior IT sales/business development experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients for IT services (Web Development, Hosting, Digital Solutions).
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare basic proposals, presentations, and client communications.
- Work on achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and networking activities.
- Assist in handling tender opportunities and inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Business Development / Sales.
- Good understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Solutions).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and client interactions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is an added advantage.
