Revenue Size Handled - 250-300Cr
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in the B2B sales segment
Expand the customer base within the business-to-business (B2B) sales segment
Work closely with sales team, marketing, product, and senior management
Identify opportunities and implement initiatives to accelerate sales growth
Maximize profitability through strategic planning, business development, and sales leadership
Qualifications:
MBA (Must)
A comprehensive understanding of B2B sales landscape professionals to navigate complex market conditions, identify emerging opportunities, and develop strategies that are aligned with current customer demands and industry trends.
Required Skills:
Min experience of 10 years in B2B Sales and business development process with a focus on driving revenue growth
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relationship building with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other sales technologies
