What we seek to accomplish together:
Actively participates in the support of IAM solutions using SailPoint Identity IQ, One Identity Safeguard, and Silver Fort.
Maintain and troubleshoot custom integrations with various applications, systems, and directories using API and connectors provided by SailPoint and One Identity.
Ensure data synchronization and establish seamless communication between different platforms.
Ensure the IAM solutions adhere to security best practices and comply with relevant regulatory standards.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configurations, and integration details.
Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, and reports to meet business requirements.
Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution, and reduce future incidents.
Job Requirements:
Experience with core IDAM technologies such as SailPoint, Safeguard, and silver fort.
Experience in IT Operations support roles following ITIL practices.
Experience with maintenance of SailPoint workflows (Joiner / Mover / Leaver / Approvals).
Experience with working with leadership and engineers.
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment.
