We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to work from our (OFFICE LOCATION) office and be part of a global team that’s involved in cutting-edge real-time payment platforms that other global financial and e-commerce corporations are using.
Job Summary :
The Technical Support Analyst will be a key RTPS Global HELP24 team member, responsible for supporting ACI customers using the MTS and UPF applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, particularly in various operating systems, and experience in application support or development. This role requires operating within UK business hours and some on-call support during evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities :
Provide customer support for ACI customers using the MTS and UPF applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the applications. Operate within UK business hours to provide real-time production support. Participate in on-call support during evenings and weekends on a rotational basis. Work closely with the development team to address and resolve application issues. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the customer database.Required Skills :
Strong knowledge of LINUX/UNIX/AIX/SOLARIS/WINDOWS operating systems. Ability to run commands and scripts to troubleshoot issues. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and customer service skills.Desirable Skills :
Experience with IBM MQ and Websphere . Experience working with JAVA at an application support or developer level, including troubleshooting application log files. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking . Database experience, specifically in ORACLE and Postgres . Understanding and working knowledge of the Fedwire Funds Service and SWIFT FIN & gpi . Ability to work in a team environment and independently when needed. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.Education : A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications and advanced degrees are a plus.
