About the Role
The Workday Adaptive Planning Support team is seeking a seasoned support analyst to provide top-notch assistance to customers. As a customer-facing role, this position collaborates closely with product development and support analyst teams to resolve complex product issues. The support analyst will manage a ticket queue of cases with varying levels of complexity for the Adaptive Planning Integration product and ensure timely updates to customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a ticket queue of cases with varying levels of complexity for the Adaptive Planning Integration product
- Collaborating closely with product development and support analyst teams to resolve complex product issues
- Focusing on delivering excellent customer experiences and ensuring timely updates
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a Support related role with 2+ years' experience supporting Integrations, preferably in an enterprise software product
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate across organizational boundaries
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with the ability to communicate with users at all levels and varying technical ability
