Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our human resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in HR by gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Onboarding Assistance: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies. Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements across various platforms to attract potential candidates. Coordination: Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to support recruitment and administrative activities. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates and employees regarding HR-related queries. Reporting: Prepare and maintain recruitment and HR activity reports. Learning & Development: Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement and training programs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of HR functions and principles is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
