Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter Intern to join our recruitment team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment field and contribute to the hiring process while supporting senior recruiters. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment team with various tasks, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels to build a pool of qualified candidates. Resume Screening: Help screen and shortlist resumes to identify candidates who meet the basic qualifications for open positions. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates to provide updates, gather necessary information, and address initial queries. Documentation: Maintain and update recruitment records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of candidate information. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and job market conditions to support recruitment strategies and provide insights. Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing reports and managing correspondence. Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and mentorship opportunities to develop recruitment skills and gain a deeper understanding of the recruitment process. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and human resources. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Eagerness to learn and gain practical experience in the recruitment field.
