You will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Throughout the program, you will work alongside seasoned recruiters, gaining practical experience and insights into the recruitment industry.Assist in the full recruitment cycle for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, apply theoretical knowledge, and develop essential skills in recruitment. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be considered for a full-time role as a Talent Acquisition Manager at our organization. In this position, you will lead recruitment efforts and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier talent solutions.Required Skills and QualificationsEnthusiasm for recruitment and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.Students pursuing an MBA or a related field are encouraged to apply, but all educational backgrounds will be considered.
