Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring seamless hiring operations for various industries and functions. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for diverse roles across industries. Sourcing Candidates: Leverage job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with clients, ensuring candidates are aligned with job requirements. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Job Descriptions: Draft clear and compelling job descriptions based on client requirements. Market Insights: Provide clients with insights into talent availability, industry trends, and competitive hiring practices. Candidate Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and future engagement. Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities adhere to company policies, client expectations, and labor laws. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally across multiple industries and functions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
