About the Role

As our Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our digital presence. From managing social media channels and creating compelling content to producing podcasts and analyzing campaign performance, you'll have the creative freedom to make a real impact on our brand and business growth.

Location: Hybrid - Hyderabad, Telangana or Vizag, Andhra Pradesh

Work Model: Remote with quarterly in-person all-hands meetings

What You'll Do

Create & Execute

• Develop and manage engaging content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and Google+
• Design eye-catching graphics and marketing materials using Canva
• Produce, edit, and publish podcast episodes and video content
• Craft bi-weekly e-newsletters via HubSpot that subscribers actually want to read
• Launch creative campaigns including blogs, infographics, and videos that inspire action

Analyze & Optimize

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, and Twitter Analytics
• Prepare weekly reports showcasing growth and success metrics
• Run A/B tests and conversion experiments to continuously improve results
• Research market trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead

Engage & Connect

• Build and nurture online communities around our brand
• Identify and engage with influencers and thought leaders
• Organize and manage virtual marketing events and webinars
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts

Manage & Support

• Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely content delivery
• Update HubSpot CRM and manage customer databases
• Assist with website updates and landing page optimization
• Support daily marketing operations and promotional activities

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in digital communications, advertising, journalism, marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of digital marketing and content marketing experience
• Hands-on experience managing major social media platforms
• Canva proficiency is a must
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Residing in Hyderabad, Telangana or Vizag, Andhra Pradesh

Bonus Points For:

• Podcast production and editing experience
• Video creation and editing skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Live and YouTube webinars
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
• Graphic design skills beyond Canva
• Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications

Work Schedule Requirements:

• Monday to Friday schedule
• Flexibility to attend virtual meetings between 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST when scheduled
• Ability to attend quarterly all-hands meetings in person

First 30 Days: Learn our brand, audience, and marketing objectives. Begin managing social media channels and content calendar.

First 60 Days: Independently create and publish content, manage campaigns, and contribute to strategy discussions.

First 90 Days: Drive measurable engagement growth, optimize campaign performance, and bring innovative ideas to our digital marketing strategy.
