As a Junior Recruitment Analyst, you will assist in analyzing recruitment metrics, optimizing hiring processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide actionable insights. Sourcing Support: Assist in identifying and attracting top talent through data-driven sourcing strategies. Candidate Screening: Evaluate applications and match candidate profiles to job requirements using analytical tools and techniques. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Process Optimization: Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes based on data analysis. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies. Database Management: Maintain and update recruitment records and ensure data integrity in the recruitment management system. Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align data insights with hiring objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A proactive mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive results.
