Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role offers fresh graduates the opportunity to learn and contribute to key HR functions in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, posting job advertisements, and screening resumes. Onboarding: Support new hire onboarding, including documentation and orientation coordination. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and updated employee records in HR databases. Policy Administration: Assist in communicating HR policies and answering employee queries regarding benefits and procedures. Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry into HR systems and assist in preparing HR reports. Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance records. Employee Engagement: Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and company events. Compliance Assistance: Help track compliance-related documentation and ensure adherence to HR policies. General HR Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
