Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. HR Executive to join our HR team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in human resources and contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive work environment. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update databases, and ensure documentation accuracy. Onboarding: Assist in onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization. Policy Compliance: Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards. Payroll Assistance: Provide administrative support in payroll processing and benefits administration. Event Coordination: Help plan and execute HR events and training sessions. Reporting: Prepare basic HR reports and provide support for data analysis. Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior HR professionals and other departments to support HR initiatives. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with HR trends and practices to contribute effectively to the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Freshers ONLY with a keen interest in starting a career in HR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
