Roles & Responsibilities:

Currently responsible for planning & achieving sales targets for Institutional channel in the assigned territory. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resourcesEnsuring availability and visibility of products to ensure optimum fill rates & minimize out of stock situationResponsible for sales forecasting targets and promotions of all categories in the assigned territoryInfluencing promotions in store merchandising

space assortment and displays.New product introductions accounts receivables by working closely with the team.Responsible for managing the team motivating them and getting them to deliver their metrices.The Area Sales Executive will be required to understand the working style strengths and weaknesses of each team member and provide developmental inputs on a continuous basis.Recruits tests and hires Territory Sales Officers based on criteria agreed upon by senior managementConducts oneonone review with all TSOs to build more effective communications to understand training & development needsConducts oneonone review with all TSOs to provide insight for the improvement of TSOs/Field forces sales and activity performanceAdheres to all company policies procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
