**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee sales operations within a specified geographic area. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives to ensure the growth of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned territory.
- **Team Management**:
Recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives to maximize their potential and meet sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**:
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to senior management.
- **Product Promotion**:
Ensure effective promotion of products or services within the area through various marketing and sales initiatives.
- **Compliance**:
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in the [ FMCG, pharmaceuticals, logistics].
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
