About Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting:
We are seeking a highly skilled ASM - Chennai Sales Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and achieve sales targets for the Institutional channel in the assigned territory.
- Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Ensure availability and visibility of products to ensure optimum fill rates and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Responsible for sales forecasting targets and promotions of all categories in the assigned territory.
- Influence promotions in-store merchandising space assortment and displays.
- Manage the team, motivate them, and get them to deliver their metrics.
- Recruit, test, and hire Territory Sales Officers based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
- Conduct one-on-one reviews with all TSOs to build more effective communications and understand training and development needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team.
