ASM - Chennai Sales Manager

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets for the Institutional channel in the assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring and controlling sales budgets, and ensuring the availability and visibility of products to optimize fill rates and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and achieve sales targets for the Institutional channel in the assigned territory
• Monitor and control sales budgets to ensure optimum utilization of resources
• Ensure availability and visibility of products to optimize fill rates and minimize out-of-stock situations
• Responsible for sales forecasting targets and promotions of all categories in the assigned territory
• Influence promotions in store merchandising, space assortment, and displays
• New product introductions, accounts receivables, and team management
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
