About Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting:
We are a leading Beverage Manufacturing company seeking a highly skilled ASM to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and achieve sales targets for the Institutional channel in the assigned territory.
- Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Ensure availability and visibility of products to minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Responsible for sales forecasting, targets, and promotions of all categories in the assigned territory.
- Influence promotions, in-store merchandising, and new product introductions.
- Manage a team of Territory Sales Officers, providing developmental inputs and conducting one-on-one reviews.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
