Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and achieve sales targets for the Institutional channel in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
  • Ensure availability and visibility of products to minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Responsible for sales forecasting, targets, and promotions of all categories in the assigned territory.
  • Influence promotions, in-store merchandising, and new product introductions.
  • Manage a team of Territory Sales Officers, providing developmental inputs and conducting one-on-one reviews.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
