We are seeking a skilled KAM Admixture Sales Professional to join our team at Chennai. Our client is a leading Indian multinational paint company based in Kolkata, with 16 manufacturing units in India.
Job Profile:
KAM Admixture
Job Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
Manage and achieve sales volume, value, and growth targets for a single Depot through a team of frontline Sales personnel.
Track competition activities and local market trends.
Expand the retail distribution network within the territory and implement effective network management schemes.
Be responsible for independent Depot management.
Requirements:
Team handling experience in admixture sales.
Age profile: 30-35 years.
Graduation + MBA specialization in Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and appoint dealers for deeper market penetration and reach in-depth market share.
Analyze and compare sales plans with the last year's base and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales.
Oversee the sale activities of products, thereby achieving increased sales growth and maximized volume and value growth in-depth.
Assist dealers in achieving targets and provide training.
Ensure the seeding of new products in the right Channel.
Ensure SKU range availability at key outlets.
Conceptualize and implement sales promotional programs for brand building.
Ensure dealer profitability, in alignment with organization policies and interests.
Prepare a territory monitoring report every month, including competitor activities.
Conduct retail audits to assess market potential, estimate competitor sales, and adopt suitable strategies for sales.
Solve dealer issues to maintain smooth business relations.
