Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter at Subko Specialty Coffee Roasters and Craft Bakehouse. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates across multiple channels, creating and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.
Qualifications
Experience in recruiting for the hospitality and/or food and beverage industry
Ability to source and identify top talent, both locally and globally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Knowledge of hiring laws and regulations in India
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in a startup environment is a plus
