**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract top engineering/non-engineering talent for our organization.
- Developing a deep understanding of the skills and qualifications required for different engineering roles and identifying top talent that meets these criteria.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their engineering staffing needs and collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions that accurately reflect the required qualifications and skills.
- Utilizing non-conventional recruitment methods, such as hosting hackathons or coding challenges, implementing referral programs, and direct sourcing to identify and attract top talent.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in engineering recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with other HR-related duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in engineering recruitment.
- A deep understanding of the engineering industry and the skills and qualifications required for different engineering roles.
- Ability to successfully attract and hire top-class talent.
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion and a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with diversity hiring.
- Experience with non-conventional methods of hiring, such as referral programs, social media recruiting, and hackathons.
- Experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Location**: Malad West, Mumbai

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
