Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Recruitment Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for technology recruitment, hiring, IT recruitment, communication, and recruiting activities on a daily basis.


Qualifications

  • 3+ Years in IT Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential IT candidates.
  • Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Utilize technical assessments and other tools to gauge candidates' proficiency in relevant technologies.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and collaborate on refining job requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to make informed recruitment decisions.
  • Share insights with the team and hiring managers to enhance the overall recruitment strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment activities.
  • Seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the efficiency
