Job Title: IT Recruiter (Recruitment Consulting Background only)
Experience: 2-6 Years
Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli) - 5 Days work from office
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters to join our team in Mumbai. This is an individual contributor role specifically for candidates from a recruitment consulting background, requiring strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and identify top talent for various IT roles across different domains.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth process from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for future opportunities.
Requirements:
2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically from a recruitment consulting background.
Deep understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles simultaneously.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
