Job Title – IT Infra Recruiter

Location -NCR/Mumbai/Bangalore

Experience -5+ years


Overview

As an IT Infrastructure recruiter you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment

process for IT infrastructure roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.


Responsibilities

1. Partner with IT hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Microsoft technologies.

2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting

reference checks, and negotiating offers.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the

recruitment process.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Microsoft infrastructure technologies to better assess candidate skills and market conditions.

6. Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies

and make data-driven decisions.

7. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on the status of open positions and

recruitment efforts.

8. Infra - Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, Service Desk Analysts, VIP Support Engineers, Field

Engineers, Server Administrators, Network Engineers, Systems Administrators.


Must Have

1. Any Graduate Degree.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills.

3. Proven work experience as a recruiter –ideally as a Technical Recruiter (Infra)

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.

6. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
