Accounts Manager

Job Summary:
Will be maintaining daily accounts, administrative work
and reports. Supervision and review of team of other accountants.
Duties:
1. Accounting of Sales invoices
2. Booking of expenses voucher
3. Freight collection and monitoring pendancies
4. Reconciliation of accounts daily
5. Preparation monthly reports relating to per truck net profit / loss
6. Writing formal letters and e-mailing quotations
7. Taking account from truck drivers and repair managers
8. Preparation of GST and Income tax returns - monthly, quarterly, & annual returns as per schedule
9. Managing insurance claims and documents
10. Preparing projected financials and dealing with financiers
Qualification & Skills:
1. Strong mathematics skills
2. Expert at Tally, MS Office, Internet
2. Graduate / Postgraduate with strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in verbal, written English & Hindi
Salary: According to industry standard, directly proportional to aptitude and ability to deliver results
