  5. Coordinateand manage internal and external audits providing necessarydocumentation. Continuously evaluate accounting processes andsystems implementing efficiencymeasures.
  6. Contributeto financial forecasts and annual budgetplanning.
  7. Assessfinancial risks and implement strategies for riskmitigation.
  8. Developand maintain internal controls to safeguard companyassets.


Requirements


Requirements:

  1. Bachelorsdegree in Accounting (a understanding ofus accounting will be aplus)
  2. Provenwork experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar financialleadership role (7 to 10years).
  3. Indepthknowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and bestpractices.
  4. Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financialdata.
  5. Excellentleadership and communication skills to inspire and guide ateam.
  6. Proficiencyin Zoho Books ismandatory.
  7. Exceptionalattention to detail andaccuracy.
  8. Abilityto work under pressure and meet tightdeadlines.

  1. Financialstatements reports and budgets are prepared accurately and analyzedeffectively.
  2. Efficientmanagement of cash flow accounts payable and accountsreceivable.
