RoleOverview

TheEnterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing andgrowing our relationships with enterprise customers. The idealcandidate will have 46 years of industry experience in SAAS orrelated industries with a proven track record of managingenterprise accounts and achieving sales targets. This role requiresa deep understanding of the SAAS landscape and the ability tonavigate complex customerenvironments.

KeyObjectives
  • ExpandExisting Accounts: Drive revenue growth byproactively identifying crossselling and upselling opportunitieswithin the assigned enterprise accounts. Develop strategic accountplans to maximize customer value and increase walletshare.


  • CustomerSatisfaction: Act as the primary point ofcontact for enterprise customers ensuring their issues andincidents are effectively resolved. Demonstrate a customercentricapproach by transforming customer challenges into opportunities fordelight and strengthening longtermrelationships.


  • GenerateGoodwill: Establish and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.Proactively identify opportunities to generate goodwill in the formof new business references testimonials and case studies. Leveragesatisfied customers to drive new businessacquisition.


Responsibilities
  • Managea portfolio of enterprise accounts developing and executing accountplans to meet revenuetargets.

  • Conductregular account reviews identify growth opportunities and presentvalue propositions tailored to customerneeds.

  • Collaboratecrossfunctionally with internal teams including Sales MarketingProduct and Support to deliver exceptional customerexperiences.

  • Serveas the escalation point for customer issues ensuring promptresolution and high customersatisfaction.

  • Stayuptodate with industry trends competitors and market dynamics toeffectively position MyOperators solutions and differentiate themin themarket.

  • Continuouslytrack and report on sales activities account progress and revenueforecasts using CRMtools.

  • Collaboratewith the Marketing team to develop customer success storiestestimonials and case studies that highlight the value delivered toenterprisecustomers.

  • Participatein industry events conferences and networking activities to expandthe companys reach and identify new businessopportunities.



Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field. MBA orequivalent is aplus.

  • 12years of relevant experience in enterprise account managementwithin the SAAS or alliedindustries.

  • Proventrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and drivingrevenuegrowth.

  • Strongbusiness acumen and the ability to understand complex customerenvironments.

  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.

  • Customercentricmindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customerexperiences.

  • Selfmotivatedgoaloriented and ability to work independently with minimalsupervision.

  • Proficiencyin using CRM tools and other sales productivitysoftware.

  • Knowledgeof the Indian enterprise market and telephony solutions isadvantageous.

  • Shouldbe able to understand and explain technical concepts to thereporting team or customer troubleshoot technical issues and workcollaboratively with the Sales and Supportteam.

  • Analyticalskills: The candidate should be able to use data to drive decisionsand optimize team performance. They should have experience trackingand analyzing customer success metrics and be able to use this datato identify areas for improvement and make datadrivendecisions.
