
Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with 1 year of experience in sourcing and qualifying leads. The candidate will be responsible for researching prospects, collecting verified contact information, and supporting the sales team by building a strong lead pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and contact lists from multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Google, company websites, industry directories, etc.).
- Identify and gather accurate contact details of decision-makers (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles).
- Maintain and update lead databases/CRM with relevant and up-to-date information.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing teams to provide qualified leads for outreach.
- Use lead generation tools and extensions to find verified email addresses and other contact details.
- Ensure high accuracy and quality of lead data.
Requirements:
- 1 year of proven experience in lead generation or data research.
- Strong online research skills and familiarity with lead sourcing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, , etc.
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage targets effectively.

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
