Position : ServiceMax Developer

- 3+years' experience in ServiceMax & SFDC.

- Must have Service Max tool configuration, ServiceMax Service Flow Manager Knowledge, Timesheet Management, Mobile configuration.

- Must have Salesforce ServiceMax Technical/Functional Skills

- Should have extensive experience in creating Apex Classes, Flows, Lightning, Apex Triggers and Visual force Pages and batch classes.

- Should have experience in Deployment process using Salesforce Scratch Org and agile Devops knowledge.

- Should be able to design optimal technical solutions to meet customer needs effectively.

- Should have worked in Agile projects and be conversant with the Agile Development nuances.

- Should have excellent understanding of SFDC Landscape and Modules

- Should have experience in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud

- Should have good understanding of Sales and Service application functionalities.

- Should have designed Web Pages in Visual force / LWC / Lightning within SFDC for meeting functional needs.

- Should be able to write Java Script in ServiceMax.

- Should be comfortable in understanding business requirements and translating those to technical requirements.

- Must have Good Communication skills and Capable of Client facing Service Max role experience.

- Coach and mentor junior technical team members.

- Ability to simplify concepts, processes, and information.

- Strong relationship management skills and able to both manage and balance stakeholder expectations.

- Strong technical skills within complex enterprise architecture

- Excellent organizational skills with proactive approach to workload
