This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, proactive outreach to potential customers, building and nurturing client relationships, and effectively communicating the value proposition of GREATIFY products/services. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, providing appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure sales closures. A customer-centric attitude, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service are essential for success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct targeted market research within the education sector to identify potential customers.
  • Proactively engage prospects through various channels like phone, email, and online platforms to introduce our Edtech solutions.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, effectively communicating their features and benefits to prospects.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate and updated customer information in our CRM system to track sales activities and progress.
  • Meet or exceed demo targets, contributing to the company's revenue goals.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Preferred Language: English, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, & Malayalam.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
