Job Overview Join Smiligence as a Field Sales Executive, where you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our client base. This is a full-time, internship, or contract position open to candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is located in Madurai, Virudhunagar, Theni, and Dindigul. This position is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their careers in a dynamic IT environment. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in a sales role, preferably in IT or software sales to understand client requirements effectively. Field work experience is crucial to conduct visits to potential clients and nurture relationships (Mandatory skill). Experience in IT sales is essential to communicate the unique value propositions of our software solutions (Mandatory skill). Software sales skills, imperative to navigate the complexities of selling IT products (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in Salesforce to efficiently manage client relationships and sales pipelines. Strong negotiation skills to close deals and create mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Lead generation abilities to identify and engage potential customers through various channels. Excellent relationship building to foster long-term partnerships with new and existing clients. Customer engagement skills to understand and address client needs effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential customers through field visits, calls, and networking to expand the company's client base. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to convey the benefits and value of IT solutions offered by Smiligence. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs. Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule to ensure the company meets its revenue objectives. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the assigned territory. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in Salesforce to manage and track sales pipeline. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions. Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to help enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
