Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Field Sales Executive to join our team in Madurai. This is a full-time position, also suitable as an internship, tailored for fresh graduates with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role involves driving sales through field activities and requires a keen interest in technology solutions and sales dynamics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in cold calling to engage potential clients and generate leads (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong experience with Salesforce to manage and analyse customer interactions (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in customer relationship management techniques (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with various CRM software to improve and maintain client relations.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and their applications in sales.
  • Ability to network effectively and build professional relationships.
  • Solid negotiation skills to close deals and gain favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Experience in B2B sales, understanding the dynamics and needs of business clients.
