We are seeking a proactive Field Sales & Operations Executive based out of our Bangalore head office. The role involves handling sales in the southern region, taking care of client servicing, and coordinating operations. The candidate will be responsible for continuous field reporting, ensuring smooth order execution, and supporting operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive field sales in Bangalore and nearby regions to achieve monthly targets.
  • Conduct client visits, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Report daily/weekly sales activities to the head office in Bangalore.
  • Support operational activities including order coordination, dispatches, and follow-ups.
  • Collect customer feedback, track competitor activities, and provide market insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of sales and operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle both sales and basic operational responsibilities.
  • Languages Known: Kannada (mandatory) and at least one other southern language (Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
  • Ability to travel frequently as part of field assignments.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: 30,000 per month
  • Travel Allowances: Reimbursed as per company policy

Work Mode

  • Field-based role with operational responsibilities at the Bangalore Head Office. Role.

Preferred candidate profile : Good communication skills, filed sales activity experience preferred, immediate immediate joiner is preferred.
