Role & responsibilities
Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify and visit architects, MEP consultants, builders, and contractors to promote Mitsubishi Electric products.
- Generate leads for upcoming projects and coordinate with the technical team for proposals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate, commercial, and residential project clients.
Sales Coordination & Execution
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and project proposals in line with client requirements.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close project sales.
- Coordinate with the showroom, service, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation and regular reporting of sales activities to the Sales Manager.
Market Analysis & Growth
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
- Provide feedback on market demands and potential business opportunities.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the brand.
Preferred candidate profile
- 510 years of field or project sales experience
- Self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Polished and professional appearance
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory
