Job Overview Join Smiligence as a Junior Field Sales Executive in IT Sales. Based in Madurai, Theni, Dindigul, or Virudhunagar, this role offers exciting opportunities for full-time, internship, or contract employment. Bring your passion for sales and technology to engage with clients and drive sales in a vibrant IT environment. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in field work is mandatory, enabling effective client interaction and sales engagement. (Mandatory skill) Product demonstration experience is essential, helping clients understand the value of solutions offered. (Mandatory skill) Must have software sales expertise to effectively promote IT products and services to potential clients. (Mandatory skill) Strong negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms and close sales deals effectively. Proven ability to conduct client meets, fostering relationships and understanding client needs to tailor solutions. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with business associates for mutual growth and opportunities. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to ensure clear and persuasive interaction with diverse clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities Execute field sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets in specified locations. Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of IT solutions. Engage with clients through visits, meetings, and calls to understand and fulfill their IT requirements. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring beneficial terms and satisfaction of client's business needs. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and relationship building. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies. Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, market conditions, and client feedback. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
