We are looking for a Mentor Operations with proven recruitment industry experience to guide and manage our recruitment teams. The role involves mentoring recruiters, monitoring operations, and ensuring high-quality delivery for clients. You will oversee a hybrid team working both from home and office, requiring strong leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide recruiters to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Manage a hybrid team (remote + office) ensuring smooth collaboration and productivity.
  • Drive recruitment operations, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
  • Oversee performance monitoring, reporting, and maintaining trackers.
  • Handle escalations, resolve challenges, and ensure service quality.
  • Conduct regular training, reviews, and feedback sessions for the team.
  • Align operational practices with company policies and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in a recruitment firm/consultancy is mandatory
  • Prior experience in mentoring/managing a recruitment team.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and client management.
  • Excellent people management and motivational skills.
  • Comfortable managing both remote and office-based teams.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, trackers, and recruitment tools (ATS/CRM).
