We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Mentor (Non-IT) to guide and manage our team of recruiters. The role involves mentoring recruiters, ensuring high-quality client delivery, and driving performance in a work-from-home environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide recruiters to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Manage recruitment operations in a remote (work from home) setup.
  • Drive and monitor Non-IT hiring mandates for clients.
  • Track performance, maintain reports, and ensure timely closures.
  • Handle escalations, resolve challenges, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular training, reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in a recruitment firm/consultancy is mandatory
  • Non-IT hiring experience is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in mentoring/managing a recruitment team.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and client engagement.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a remote team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, trackers, and recruitment tools (ATS/CRM).
