Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Mentor/Customer Support EdTech position based in Bengaluru. The Academic Mentor/Customer Support professional will be responsible for guiding and supporting students, addressing their academic inquiries, and providing training. The role includes developing educational materials, assisting in mathematics, and ensuring effective communication with students and parents. Duties also involve tracking student progress and collaborating with the team to improve the overall learning experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Mathematics
  • Background in Education and Training
  • Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience in customer support or academic mentoring is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
