As a Client Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring we deliver the right profiles on time while managing a team of recruiters and mentors. You will stay closely connected with clients, understand their hiring requirements, provide feedback to the team, and maintain high-quality recruitment delivery. This role is ideal for women returnees looking to relaunch their careers in a client-facing, team-leading role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the right profiles are delivered to clients, maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Oversee and mentor the recruitment team, including junior recruiters and mentors, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Stay always connected with clients, managing expectations and addressing concerns proactively.
  • Track recruitment progress, client feedback, and team performance metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement in recruitment processes and client engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in client coordination, account management, or team management is preferred.
  • Women returnees looking to restart their careers are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients, and guide a team effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to quality in recruitment delivery.
