Ensure all Commercial & Statutory ComplianceCommercial policy and statutory compliances-Region wiseReview of 3PL performance as per SOW & other Commercial & Labour Law compliances-Region wise

Dealer & Vendor ManagementEnsure overdue outstanding >60 days of Total Outstanding-Region WiseWorksheet Verifications Confirmation of dealer schemesTimely uploading of BRO agreement and timely release of various support credit notes-Region WiseReview of Vendor advances and open entriesExecution of new agreements, renewal of agreement

Inventory and warehouse managementIncremental SLOB stock liquidationControlling on No. of days Inventory-Region WiseReview of Physical verification reports of RBU-C/BDCMsOffice’s and Warehouses as per plan-Region Wise

Ensuring Cost control & cost rationalizationReview and Publishing MIS for Admin vs Budget ExpensesAdherence to allocated budget-Region WiseSaving in Per Sq.ft. Rent due to change in warehouse as per plan-Region Wise

OthersDigital Drive InitiativesEV Deployment as last mile deliveryTraining managers for capability enhancementVirtual connect with Commercial Team
