
Franchise Growth Manager

The Franchise Growth Manager plays a critical role in expanding the company's franchise portfolio by driving new franchise acquisition, targeting qualified prospects through a proven client database, and ensuring successful onboarding of new franchisees. This position requires a results-driven professional with strong business development skills, industry networking abilities, and a deep understanding of the franchising process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and pursue high-potential franchise candidates using a qualified client database and industry leads.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for new franchise acquisition and market expansion.
- Manage the full franchise recruitment lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, engaging, and converting candidates from initial introduction to signed agreement.
- Conduct due diligence, evaluate prospects, and present compelling business cases and ROI analyses tailored for potential franchisees.
- Negotiate franchise agreements and support candidates through the onboarding and setup process, including training, compliance, and brand integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and prospective franchise partners, acting as a key liaison throughout the acquisition journey.
- Utilize CRM and database tools to track pipeline progress, analyze market data, and report key performance metrics.
- Attend industry events, tradeshows, and networking forums to source new franchise opportunities and grow the candidate database.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and promotional strategies for franchise development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-7 years' experience in franchise development, business development, or B2B sales.
- Demonstrated success in franchise acquisition, client prospecting, and deal negotiation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including presenting business cases and cultivating client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM/database management and pipeline tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and prospect engagement as required.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adept at working in a growth-focused, fast-paced environment.
