
Franchise Sales Consultant – Education Sector

We are a leading name in the education sector, expanding rapidly through a franchise model of our schools. Our mission is to provide quality education across India by partnering with passionate entrepreneurs.
Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and result-driven Franchise Sales Consultants who will help us expand our school network by bringing in new franchise partners. This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary, where consultants can earn up to 20% commission per successful franchise closure. The role is completely remote, giving you full flexibility without the need to visit any office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential investors and entrepreneurs interested in the education sector.
* Pitch and present our school franchise business model to prospects.
* Drive the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and follow-ups to final closure.
* Guide prospects through financials, benefits, and business opportunities.
* Maintain strong communication with the company for support, training, and materials.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in franchise sales, business development, or consulting (preferred, but not mandatory).
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
* Ability to work independently and manage prospects remotely.
* Familiarity with the education sector or franchise industry will be an added advantage.
