Role Description

We're seeking a driven and creative Business Development Executive to join our Production House team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a passion for creativity.


Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Lead Generation for new Business
  • Achieve the stated business goals and revenue targets. Ensure a healthy funnel for the business at any point in time
  • Collaborate with our production team to understand project requirements and deliver client expectations
  • Work closely with internal teams on timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Ensuring and taking ownership of the smooth delivery of projects by continuous follow-ups with the internal team
  • Relationship with Clients for Business Continuity
  • Being a part of pitch meetings and structuring them based on strategies
  • Identify new channels and opportunities for the company’s growth
  • Understand the client’s business needs and work with the internal team
  • Maintaining the CRM systems
  • Provide regular MIS reports to senior management


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a business development role
  • Proven track record of lead generation and closures
  • An exceptional communicator, with creativity, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated. Able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Extremely proactive and ready to take initiative and run with new ideas
