Job Title: Senior IT Business Development Manager – AI Products

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Business Development Manager to lead and drive growth in our AI product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, strategic sales acumen, and the ability to cultivate and manage high-value client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing business strategies and driving revenue growth within the IT and AI sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large corporates for AI products. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position our AI products effectively.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our AI products, including their capabilities, benefits, and differentiators. Act as a subject matter expert to clients and internal teams.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling proposals and presentations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements and showcase our product strengths.
  • Negotiation: Oversee contract negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in AI products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product offerings.
  • Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights. Provide regular updates to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Masters
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-20 years of experience in business development or sales in USA markets within the IT industry, with a focus on AI products or services.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning, and data analytics.
