Support Engineer

Role&responsibilities
Workwith software developers and project supportteams.Install andconfigure computer hardware software networks andapplications.Continuouslymonitor and maintain systems andnetworks.Respond totechnical support calls from other staff members or technicians andcommunicate how to resolveissues.Diagnose andtroubleshoot system and network problems software faults orhardwarecomplications.Supportthe rollout of newapplications.Keep arecord of issues along with solutions to refer to in futureinstances.Worktowards departmental and projectdeadlines.Communicatefindings to technical and nontechnicalcolleagues.
Skills:
BasicKnowledge of Hardware applications as well as IoT sensors used inAutomation. Technologies: CRM Operating knowledge about logs etc.Programming knowledge: Needs to understand the functionalityaccording to the language used like (Python Java JSON HTML PHPC)Tools: NeedKnowledge of tools like Postman Arduino Microsoftetc.
