MYDESIGNATION, the leading fashion brand, is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Success Executive (Non-Voice) at MYDESIGNATION, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' needs are met through non-voice communication channels, providing timely and helpful responses. Fluency in both Hindi and English is crucial for this role.
Major Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests through social media chats, emails, and other non-voice communication channels.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency, striving for a positive resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide solutions to customer queries.
- Adhere to established response time and quality metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proven experience in a customer service role will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
