Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:

Prepare detailed and compelling proposals outlining the contract manufacturing capabilities in lubricant production.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company goals.

Ensure contracts comply with industry regulations and quality standards.

  • Product and Industry Knowledge:

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's lubricant manufacturing capabilities.

Keep abreast of industry standards, regulations, and competitive landscape.

Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams for continuous improvement.

  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status using CRM software.

Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate sales forecasts.

  • Customer Service and Issue Resolution:

Address client concerns promptly, coordinating with internal teams to resolve technical or logistical issues.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Networking and Industry Events:

Attend lubricant industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships.

Represent the company professionally and actively participate in industry forums.
